Trondheim Triathlon Club has a large training group for our adult members and has regular training throughout the autumn, winter and spring. New from the autumn of 2020 is that there will also be running training on Mondays.

In Spond you sign up for training, and if it gets full you will be able to put yourself on a waiting list. Membership in the Spond groups is a prerequisite for participating in training.
From the autumn of 2020, we will start with land-based training for the adults. Information about whether there is a running interval or transition interval and where there is attendance will come in Spond. Møyfrid Kløvning has the main responsibility for these trainings. Meeting place will be in Spond.
Time: Mondays 19:15-20:15.
Saturdays at 0830-1000 (Lane 2, long courses + course 3 short course at depth)
Sundays at 2000-2100 (Lanes 3, 4, 5 and 6, short lanes)Tidene som er satt opp er den tiden vi har i bassenget. Garderobetid kommer i tillegg og er 15 minutter før og 30 minutter etter trening.
It is important that you inform the swimming coach about any illnesses you have, which can cause critical situations to arise during the training (for example epilepsy or asthma).
The trainings on Saturdays and Sundays will be according to a common program for all participants. Our trainers, Anne Grete and Jonas lead these trainings and it is practical for them if you try to attend when the training starts.
Participation in the training presupposes that one masters basic crawling technique. For beginners we recommend the excellent swimming course, svømmekurs, in Pirbadet.
